From May 2 - 30, I have the absolute pleasure of workshoping my new play, Virtue in A Different World (Part II of The Cosby Satires) via Hattiloo Theatre's Playwright's Corner Group. Hattiloo Theatre was founded in 2006 and is credited as the only freestanding Black repertory theatre in five surrounding states. 

I am grateful to Hattiloo Theatre Founder Ekundayo Bandele for moderating our Saturday morning virtual workshop sessions and my fellow playwright sisters (Tammy, Ty, and Shawanda) for sharing their stories and providing incredible insight that helped me to further develop mine. I feel more confident now than ever to present The Cosby Satires (parts I and II)  at this year's Atlanta Black Theater Festival. Tickets go on sale on June 15.
